Apologies reflect awareness of our faults, and a desire to grow in a “good” direction.

I believe that a superior race, one that can travel vast distances through space, is also non judgmental, benevolent, and above all, patient way beyond our understanding. Were it otherwise, there would not be a human race now!

I hope this website catches on, gets lots of “hits,” and enthusiastic, grateful acceptance.

I want to add that we can be proud of human accomplishments as we have evolved. The challenge is that the percentage of human beings focusing on intellectual and spiritual growth is too small. Your website could foster more human involvement in human destiny.

I hope this website helps some elevate their thinking about the future of the human race. I am constantly amazed that most humans give little thought to the probability that the universe contains intelligent life far superior to ours.

Surely it is safe to assume that we are being monitored and evaluated by life that has the potential to control the destiny of the human race! Maybe it would really be worthwhile to try to impress them that we are striving, as a race, for enlightened excellence!

Those that have knowingly harmed society (Adolf Hitler, Pol Pot, Ken DeLay, et al) would never apologize anyway, and have already been punished in one way or another.

For each and every advancement, there are both positive and negative aspects. Sometimes it takes years, decades, centuries to see both sides. Again, I apologize to NO ONE and proudly hold my head high in my honest attempts to help myself, and in helping myself, helping others to advance and prosper.

I hope there are ET’s out there listening. And I hope someday to meet and greet one with a handshake (while holding a gun behind my back with the other hand).

This is the most rediculous Idea out there. We are the product of either a gracious and loving god, or of the Grandfathers and Grandmothers who have gone before, or we came around in Darwinian style, one cell animals that evolved from that one cell
like most everything out there.

If there is someone out there, (like a alien from another planet), who is monitoring our internet, the question is WHY!!! Why don’t they destroy us instead of hanging out on the internet waiting for an apology from some obscure site?

It is our fault that the world is in the shape it is in and it will take the world to save it, not some alien being from another planet, God won’t do it because of this thing called freedom of choice, and well If the scriptures are true, the burning of the earth before recieving its paradisicle glory is a neccessary thing that we won’t be able to stop, even with green house gasses and such.

(Note: The following was sent in by a pilot for a major US airline.)

What is an average person to do,
when your government no longer represents you
You can deny it, or you can hide,
or you can fight, but you have to decide.

I am a citizen of the United States,
a party to all the great debates.
But it no longer makes me proud,
I feel compelled to speak my mind out loud.

My government does things in my name,
that make me drop my head in shame.
We didn’t free Iraq for its masses,
but instead for the people that make auto gasses.

We humans are all much more the same
The major difference is in our name.
We all want the same outcome,
Peace, food, and hope for everyone.

I’ve considered myself a citizen of the World
Without national flag unfurled.
I feel more akin to the Afghan herder,
than to our leaders when they commit murder.

But then I met some people from afar
And discovered it matters not your home star.
So as I now conclude this short verse
I consider myself a citizen of the Universe.

“This recently emerged website jumped out at me due to the fact its main reason for creation matches part of the Mission blurb for Exopolitics UK. Just as we considered it important to use terms such as creating ‘positive planetary PR‘  and ‘amplifying human initiated contact‘ to make up for 60 years of deception –  so too does ThePeopleOfEarthApologize.com .

This isn’t a matter of being naive or subservient, nor does it imply that in order to adopt this position we have some unique understanding of the issues we face, it’s simply a pragmatic approach that makes sense given the cultural and historical context we find ourselves in at this moment. When introduced as part of a wider exopolitical process we gain a useful starting perspective maybe – being aware of our errors as a species and from this humility we stand the best chance of engaging new cultures and integrating this Other into our daily lives.”
