If ETs exist and are reading this — then what do we need to say to them that would cause them to conclude that now is the time to contact us, and to invite all on Earth to join a larger community of beings across the Universe?

Personally I don’t have a clue.
I do feel, however, that merely asking this question — especially if enough of us on the planet ask it, may be 90 percent or more of what is required.
